By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein. Products sold on this website are subject to strict age restrictions under U.S. Federal and State laws.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & U.S. PRICING

  • Pricing & Taxes: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). In accordance with state and local laws, orders may be subject to Sales Tax or specific state-mandated Vape Taxes.

  • PACT Act Compliance: We strictly operate in compliance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act.

  • Distributor Obligations: Wholesale partners must comply with JNR’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies and regional distribution regulations.

7. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of the JNR brand.
